only use the data we collect about you to process your orders. We do not
trade, sell or share your information with any others. We follow strict
procedures in the disclosure and storage of any information that you have
supplied to us. We do not store credit/debit card details Due to security
procedures we may ask for identity proof before discusing sensitive information
with you. How Do I buy My Dream Wedding Dress
Online? 1. Select your dream wedding dress from the dress
selection range. 2. Select the size of the dress. Please refer to our
Advice or Size Chart Guide before choosing size. 3. Select the colour
of your dress. 4. Add your wedding dress to your basket. 5. You can now
go to the checkout. Have you looked for bridesmaids dresses, tiara's, veils,
gloves, garters and accessories? 6. At the checkout, please follow the
simple instructions for Paypal to pay by credit or debit card. 7. We will
send you an automatic confirmation email telling you exactly what you have
ordered and the costs. The delivery fee is £25 and the process
normally takes 20 weeks, but we can put through express orders for a £50
surcharge, these takes around 2 weeks providing we have your dress in stock
(please note we stock most dresses in most sizes). If you require this service
please telephone us to arrange this on 01375 642592. Delivery and Returns Policy: A confirmation email
will be sent to you detailing your order and costs. All orders will be
delivered to you within 20 weeks from placing the order. The delivery fee is
£25 to anywhere in the UK. This fee will be added at the check out. There
is no additional fee's for delivery of other products such as bridesmaids
dresses, tiara's, veils, gloves or accessories when ordering a wedding
dress. When ordering your wedding dress you will be sent our terms
& conditions, you will be required to sign that you are ordering your dress
size according to the measurements and size that you have given us and that
unless the dress has been sent in the wrong size compared to the ordered
measurements, no refunds will be given. All our bridalwear and
accessories are checked prior to departure, to ensure they arrive at your
address free of defects. The delivery charge is not reimbursable
although if your products are returned due to a manufacturing defect a
replacement will be sent without further delivery costs. * Should you
find any imperfections once delivered, you must notify us within seven days of
the merchandise being received. You must contact our Customer Service
department customerservice@theweddingdress.co.uk
within the seven days, we will then email you to confirm acknowledgement. We
will issue a refund against the bridalwear acknowledged by us to be faulty
minus the delivery fee, providing such faults have not been caused by your
misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. A replacement for the
faulty item/s will then be sent as soon as they are in stock. * If the
enclosed items are damaged in any way and the package appears to have suffered
damage during delivery, keep the original packaging and email our Customer
Service department customerservice@theweddingdress.co.uk.
We will contact the courier company for a damage inspection report and request
that the courier company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do
not return the merchandise yourself, unless otherwise instructed. *
All bridal gowns will be collected by the courier free of charge whereas other
bridal accessories must be returned at the sender's expense. * If you
do need to return any merchandise, please remember to wrap the package securely
as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are

0AE * You must mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" and must
include the delivery note that was shipped with your order and indicate clearly
the reason for return. * For your protection we recommend that you use a
recorded delivery service as we cannot offer a refund or replacement for any
goods that are lost in return shipment to 2 Hearts Bridalwear.
Physical Condition: All items must be returned unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and
unaltered with original hanging straps, tags still attached and uncut, hangers,
and protective covering where applicable. Items washed, dry cleaned, or
otherwise handled are not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable physical
condition (e.g. torn, stained, streaked, burnt, etc) are not refundable. Please
treat the returned item with the same care in which you received it. |
